Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable to manage end-to-end invoice verification, PO matching, and payment processing on-site in Gurugram. The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience in an MNC and familiarity with major ERP financial systems.

The candidate will ensure compliance with financial policies, generate daily and weekly reports, and support process improvements within a fast-paced environment. On-site, full-time position with the HR team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders.

• Process backup reports after data entry.
• Monitor the weekly pay-run and record manual cheque entries.
• Prepare daily reports: Inventory/Quality/Exception List.
• Track and clear aged items; implement closures.
• Perform other duties and process improvements as required.
