Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for Accounts Payable to manage invoice verification, PO matching, data entry and weekly pay-run monitoring.

You will improve procedures, ensure policy compliance, work with ERP systems, and collaborate with onshore finance teams. 40 hours weekly, on-site.

Candidates should have 3–5 years AP experience, degree in accounting, strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• 3–5 years of working experience in AP (MNC preferred).
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Team player yet able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.
• Verify transactions comply with policies and procedures; perform PO matching.
• Data entry invoices for payment; process backup reports.
• Monitor weekly pay-run and record manual cheque entries.
• Prepare daily reports and track ageing items for closure.
• Support process improvements and system implementations.

Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable

What this job involves

• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Matching with the Purchase order
• Data entry invoices for payment.
• Process backup reports after data entry
• Monitor the weekly pay-run and record the manual cheque entries for accounting purpose.
• Preparing Daily Reports: Inventory/Quality/Exception List Tracking and monitoring the aged items and take effective steps for closure.
• Perform other duties assigned as and when required i.e. process improvement initiatives, system implementation and ad-hoc projects

To apply you need to have

• Ability Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experience in AP MNC.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Team player and yet able to work independently
• Experience with EMEA vendors (preferable)
• PeopleSoft, PEGA or Large Scale ERP financial systems experience a plus.
