Job summary

Clover Infotech is seeking a Production Support Analyst to monitor and support business applications in production. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, analyzing logs and queries, and coordinating with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve issues.

The candidate should be proficient in SQL, Linux/Windows troubleshooting, application monitoring, REST APIs, and ITIL/Incident & Problem Management, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Perform incident, problem, and change management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
• Monitor application performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support deployments, releases, patches, and production changes.
• Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call/shift support when required.

Required Skills:
