Job description

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic DevOps & Application Support Engineer to join our technology team. This role sits at the intersection of DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Production Application Support, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical platforms supporting Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, automation-driven, and passionate about building stable and scalable financial technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• DevOps & Release Engineering
  • Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and reliable deployments
  • Drive automation across build, deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows
  • Support release management, version control, and change deployment processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices
• Cloud Infrastructure Management
  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP – as applicable)
  • Monitor cloud resource utilization, performance, and cost optimization
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management practices
  • Ensure infrastructure security, patching, and compliance alignment
• Application Production Support
  • Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical PMS, AIF, and internal digital platforms
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and transaction flows
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Work closely with vendors, developers, and business teams for incident resolution
• Monitoring, Reliability & Security
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
  • Ensure high system availability and operational resilience
  • Support audit, compliance, and regulatory technology requirements relevant to financial services
  • Strong experience in Linux / Windows server environments
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions or similar)
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS / Azure / GCP – at least one preferred)
  • Scripting knowledge (Shell / Python / PowerShell)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)
  • Good understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
  • Working knowledge of databases (SQL troubleshooting, performance basics)
  • Exposure to financial systems, capital markets, PMS, AIF, or wealth platforms
