Job summary

iSpace Software Solutions India Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for our applications via phone, email or chat, and to troubleshoot and resolve issues for customers.

You will document interactions and resolutions for the knowledge base, collaborate with development teams to identify root causes, and demonstrate strong debugging skills. A valid B1 visa is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Application Support Engineering or Production Support.
• Strong understanding of B1 (Basic) level programming concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze complex problems quickly.
