Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Continuously building & updating the client database
• Tracking upcoming projects in the industry
• Attending industry-specific trade shows, conferences & networking events
• Identifying new customers
• Visit existing customers
• Communicating with principals for new enquiries
• Pre-Sales Activities: Convince the client/consultants via technical presentations, product education
• Carry out product mock-up/training at the project site
• Based on client inputs - prepare quotations
• Coordinate with internal teams for design pricing and other requirements for the quotations
• Sales Activities: Follow up on quotations
• Answer all customer queries technically
• Discuss pricing and commercial negotiate
• Move towards closure of the sales
• Post-Sales Activities: Check and validate the BOM of the products
• Be aware of the purchase, dispatch, installation activities
• Periodic visit to the project & coordinate with client team to ensure supplied products are used in the right manner
• Resolve any customer grievances by coordinating with internal teams
• Ensuring bills are booked at decided timelines
• Payment follow up
