in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Sales & Support Engineer with expertise in electrical testing and measuring equipment to back the sales team and engage customers. You will participate in technical discussions, coordinate webinars, and assist with product trainings, demonstrations, commissioning, and after-sales support while traveling for face-to-face meetings with clients.

Qualifications

• Shall discuss technically with customers and back the sales team
• Coordinate webinars and create/maintain technical documents
• Know electrical equipment like transformers, switchgear, breakers, earthing, relays, etc.
• Experience with Electrical Vehicle Testing is a plus
• Demonstrate and commission electrical testing equipment

Responsibilities

• Travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and partners
• Engage in technical discussions, product trainings and application support
• Support sales team with customer tracing and competition study

Sales & Support Engineer (Electrical Testing & Measuring Equipment ) - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad -:

We are a close-knit team of electrical engineers supplying and supporting our high-tech solutions in field of electrical testing and measuring equipment. We are looking for a self motivated Sales & Support Engineer with below profile-:

• Shall be capable of having technical discussions with customers and backing the sales team , Competition Study , Customer Tracing etc.
• Computer Savvy and capable of coordinating webinars, Ms Office Reporting , editing Technical Manuals & Data-sheets etc.
• Shall have good knowledge in all electrical equipment such as ,Transformers, HV /MV and LV Switchgear, circuit breakers, earthing system, Lightning Arresters , Relays etc. Skills in Electrical Vehicle Testing are a plus.
• Demonstration & Commissioning of electrical testing equipment.

You'll work in an office / Remote environment, but will frequently travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and other business partners. You will be involved in technical discussions, product trainings and application support.
