Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking an Account Payable - Assistant Manager with 7–12 years of experience. The role requires B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance and hands-on ERP skills, preferably SAP MM/Ariba, with responsibilities spanning invoice processing, payments, vendor and master data management.

Senior AP operations involve onboarding new employees, reporting, and team workload management on a 24x7 shift in Pune. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in invoice processing and payments.
• Exposure to PO and non-PO invoices.
• ERP hands-on experience, SAP MM preferred.
• Onboarding and training of new employees.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of invoice processing / payments/vendor management/master data management/ Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of processing PO, Non PO invoices.
• Exposure in MS Office.
• Ensuring deliverables are done on time.
• Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP ERP MM Module, Service Now SAP Ariba etc.
• 1-2-1 & feedback.
• Appraisal in speed.
• Onboarding & training of new employees
• Maintaining the list of team members and org chart
• Reporting of the request processed on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Monitor the Teams effectiveness and workload on weekly basis.
