Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax requirements.
• Prepare Monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Monitor receivables and vendor payments.
• Oversee inventory accounting and logistics accounting.
• Lead ERP implementation effectively.
• Develop internal controls and financial processes.
• Guide accounts team to ensure task completion.
• Support office administration and facility management.
• Maintain financial records and handle special assignments.

Designation: Assistant Accounts Manager
Location: Head Office, Pune
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: ACCA/B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Banking, and Treasury.
• Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare Monthly MIS, financial reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
• Monitor receivables, vendor payments, and coordinate with bankers and auditors.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, logistics accounting, and factory outlet sales records.
• Lead ERP implementation and ensure effective utilization of accounting systems.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Support office administration, facility management, and 5S activities at the Head Office.
• Maintain financial records and handle special assignments as directed by management.

Required Skills:
