Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Account Payable - Team Lead in Pune for a 24x7 shift. The role requires 7 to 12 years of experience in invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor management. You will lead a sizable AP team, ensure accurate reconciliations, and drive ERP system usage with SAP MM / Ariba.

Strong communication, analytical skills, and stakeholder management are essential. B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance qualifications are preferred to fit the leadership position.

Qualifications

• Invoice processing (PO/Non-PO), Payment runs, GRIR, Recon, Team handling and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of PO/Non-PO invoicing and payment runs.
• Exposure to SAP MM and ERP tools in a financial workflow.
• Experience with vendor management and master data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice processing and payments for a large team.
• Manage vendors, master data, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Lead and train a 20+ member AP team; monitor workload and deliverables.
• Ensure ERP system usage, preferably SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and related tools.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on processed requests.
