Job description

Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable – Mumbai, India

Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP processes for the India entity including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
• Lead and monitor a team of 8-10 members.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare AP MIS reports including aging analysis, payment forecasts, and operational metrics.
• Ensure timely vendor reconciliations and act as the primary escalation point for vendor queries and payment issues.

Shift Timings

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday) with overtime requirements. Candidate must be flexible to work rotational shift as well.
