Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking an Account Payable - Assistant Manager with 7–12 years of experience to lead AP processes, vendor management, and master data tasks.

You will work with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and ServiceNow, mentor a 30+ member team, onboard new staff, and ensure timely invoice processing and payments.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in accounts payable roles.
• B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance qualification.
• Hands-on ERP experience, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience leading a team of 30+ members.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices (PO/Non-PO) and payments accurately.
• Vendor management and master data management.
• Onboarding and training of new employees.
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Monitor team workload and efficiency; ensure timely deliverables.
• Support accounting projects and resolve queries.

Role and Skill: Account Payable - Assistant Manager

Experience: 7 years to 12 years

Job Location: Pune

Shift: 24x7

Job Qualification:- B.Com/M.com/MBA-Finance

Responsibilities :-

• Good understanding of invoice processing / payments/vendor management/master data management/ Reconciliation.


• Knowledge of processing PO, Non PO invoices


• Exposure in MS Office


• Ensuring deliverables are done on time


• Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP ERP MM Module, Service Now SAP Ariba etc


• 1-2-1 & feedback.


• Appraisal in speed.


• Other Key responsibilities/Functional Support Activities:


• Onboarding & training of new employees


• Maintaining the list of team members and org chart


• Reporting of the request processed on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis


• Monitor the Teams effectiveness and workload on weekly basis.

Skills & Experience :-

• Team handling experience with 30+ members.


• Stakeholder Management, Reporting, Projects, Accounts Payable process knowledge in Invoice processing in SAP, Payment run.


• Recon and Reporting and query handling (Service Now).


• Project Management. Knowledge of MM module in SAP, Service Now, Knowledge of TIS.
