Zydushospitals in Vadodara is seeking a nursing professional to manage OPD and hospital admission activities, greet patients politely, provide information, and coordinate with doctors, labs, and radiology for timely diagnostic reports. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, accurate documentation, and smooth billing processes.

The candidate will handle OPD registrations, basic patient care, vital monitoring, and communications with visitors while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet the patient/relatives/guest in polite manner.
• Provide basic & related information to visitors & patient.
• Answer queries and provide information directly to the person or over telephone (e.g., Doctor’s appointment, consultation charges, availability of doctors, diagnostics).
• Understand status of a patient (new or old).
• Coordinate with labs and radiology for diagnostic reports.
• Prepare the OPD register and maintain data for OPD.
• Generate OPD billing for investigations and consultations; ensure correct billing.

• Ensure registration process and guidepatient / relative to the concerned doctor.
• Identify whether patient is throughreferences from outside doctors.
• Record the details of referred doctor(name and address) in the computer.
• Ensure all relevant informations ofregistration form must be filled by patient/relative.
• Proper handover the OPD file.
• Generate the OPD billing forinvestigations and consultations.
• Ensure correct and accurate billing.
• Guide the patients to labs andradiology and/or concerned department.
• To coordinate with lab &radiology for diagnostic reports of the patients.
• Arrange the IP patients’ Radiologyreport dispatch to respective wards.
• Call patients from ward whoseradio-diagnostic request has come.
• Confirm the entries of radiologyinvestigation in the system.
• Look after OPD areas and cleanlinessof the same.
• Coordinate efficiently in OPD.
• Prepare the daily OPD register andmaintain the data for OPD.
• Maintain the admission data for andinform concern department about next day admissions.
• Provide information regarding variouspreventive medical health checkups.
• Guide the health check- up patientsin concern areas.
• Coordinate with respective OPD CCOwhere health check- up patient is moving.
• Prepare the file of health check- uppatients once all investigations & reports are done.
• Coordinate with all the departments. You will betrained for multi skills as per the requirement of organization.
• Follow the Registration and policiesas per hospital standards.
• Coordinate for Admission and Billing.
• Collect the feedback forms from OPDpatients.
• Dressing, vital monitoring,nebulization, Height, weight and assist to the doctor to be done.
• Privacy of all patient to befollowed.
• Solve the problems or grievancesinformed by patients/relatives.
• Report to duty on time and should beflexible to adjust duties with others.
