Apex Group Ltd in Pune, India invites an experienced data analytics professional to join our expanding team. You will develop and maintain HCM/Project management and Time writing reports, dashboards, and board-ready visuals to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

Collaborate with Workday functional leads, Salesforce and data teams to ensure secure data integration, accurate time entry, and cross-functional alignment across projects and finance.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Data Integration (Workday Integration Framework)
• Strong skills in data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting data loads
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Understanding of security administration (roles, permissions, access setup)

Workday Skills

• Experience working with Workday Financial Management
• Understanding of how Projects integrate with WD HCM
• Ability to collaborate with Workday functional leads and understanding of Time entry management
• Creation/ Amendment and Validation of Projects & Time writing Codes.

Analysis & Reporting

• Ability to develop and maintain HCM/ Project management and Time writing reports and board‑ready dashboards
• Ability to work with HCM/ Reporting leadership to deliver actionable insights
• Ability to work with Salesforce Administration and Client Data to deliver actionable insights

Project & Stakeholder Skills

• Dynamic Resource Pool management, onboarding activities and Contract & Billing operations
• Assigmnet of CSM/ CRMs and coordination with relevant Salesforce/ Workday Teams
• Experience participating in or leading Adaptive Planning implementations or enhancements
• Ability to conduct user training and create documentation
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage change requests
