Apex Group in Pune is seeking an Analyst for the Workday Project Admin Team to support data integration, security administration, and reporting. You'll collaborate with Workday functional leads, build dashboards, and ensure accurate time entry management and project coding.

The role emphasizes data mapping, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and training capabilities are valued as you may lead end-user training and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience with Data Integration (Workday Integration Framework).
• Strong skills in data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting data loads.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Understanding of security administration (roles, permissions, access setup).
• Experience working with Workday Financial Management.
• Understanding of how Projects integrate with WD HCM.
• Ability to collaborate with Workday functional leads and understanding of Time entry management.
• Creation/ Amendment and Validation of Projects & Time writing Codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HCM/ Project management and Time writing reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Workday functional leads to ensure accurate project coding and time entries.
• Support data integration tasks, data mapping, and troubleshooting data loads.
• Create and maintain documentation and end-user training materials.
• Assist in onboarding activities and change management for Workday projects.
