Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a skilled Workday/Data Analytics professional in Pune to drive data integration, mapping, and dashboard development across HCM and project domains. You will collaborate with Workday leads and Salesforce teams to deliver actionable insights and ensure secure data access.

You will build board-ready reports and time-writing codes, support contract and billing operations, and manage resource pools and onboarding activities within a dynamic, globally connected team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Data Integration (Workday Integration Framework).
• Strong skills in data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting data loads.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Understanding of security administration (roles, permissions, access setup).
• Experience working with Workday Financial Management.
• Understanding of Projects integration with WD HCM.
• Ability to collaborate with Workday functional leads and Time entry management.
• Creation/Amendment and Validation of Projects & Time writing Codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HCM/Project management and Time writing reports and board-ready dashboards.
• Deliver actionable insights by partnering with HCM/Reporting leadership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administration and Client Data to drive insights.
• Coordinate Dynamic Resource Pool management and onboarding activities.
• Oversee Contract & Billing operations and CRM/Workday coordination.
