Job summary

The Apex Group in Pune, India is seeking a Workday Data Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain data interfaces, dashboards, and reports that empower business users. You will work with Workday Financial Management, project/time data, and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, ensure secure access, and support reporting across HR and finance functions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Integration Framework and Workday Financial Management.
• Strong data mapping, transformation and troubleshooting data loads.
• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Understanding security administration (roles, permissions, access setup).
• Experience collaborating with Workday functional leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HCM/ Project management and Time writing reports and dashboards.
• Deliver actionable insights with HR/Finance leadership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce/ Workday Teams to align data and reporting.
• Participate in Adaptive Planning implementations or enhancements.
• Conduct user training and create documentation.

• Experience with Data Integration (Workday Integration Framework)

• Dynamic Resource Pool management, onboarding activities and Contract & Billing operations
• Assigmnet of CSM/ CRMs and coordination with relevant Salesforce/ Workday Teams
• Experience participating in or leading Adaptive Planning implementations or enhancements
