Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Workday PSA Analyst to join our Pune delivery team. You will provide hands-on support for Workday PSA modules including contracts, projects, billing, and project financials, and manage end-to-end Contract-to-Cash processes.

You will troubleshoot integrations (e.g., Salesforce-Workday) and align configurations with Finance, Revenue, and operations. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, own process improvements, and support training on policy and process

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday PSA (projects, contracts, billing)
• Integration troubleshooting experience (Salesforce-Workday) from a functional perspective
• Strong understanding of project-based billing and Contract-to-Cash processes
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for Workday PSA including contracts, projects, billing, and project financials
• Support end-to-end Contract-to-Cash processes within Workday
• Ensure PSA configurations align with Finance, Revenue, and operational requirements
• Perform root cause analysis for integration failures and data discrepancies
• Troubleshoot integration issues related to Customer and contract data
• Support reconciliation between Workday and upstream/downstream systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen
• Assess impact on Workday Lead to Cash and Projects/Billing functions and recommend improvements

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide hands‑on support for Workday PSA including customer contracts, projects, billing, and project financials
• Support end-to-end Contract‑to‑Cash processes within Workday
• Ensure PSA configurations align with Finance, Revenue, and operational requirements
• Perform root cause analysis for integration failures and data discrepancies
• Troubleshoot integration issues related to Customer and contract data
• Support reconciliation between Workday and upstream/downstream systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.
• Assess impact on Workday Lead to Cash and Projects/Billing Functional areas based on new releases and recommend changes.
• Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday Lead to Cash and Projects/Billing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Workday PSA (projects, contracts, billing)
• Proven experience with integration troubleshooting (Salesforce Workday) from a functional perspective
• Solid understanding of project‑based billing models and Contract‑to‑Cash processes
• The ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with both technical and end users.
• Ability to own and drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive by nature and a great team player.
