Job summary

ADP is hiring an Analyst - Service Delivery to support clients by processing payroll inputs, preparing pay sheets, and ensuring quality standards. You will work with our payroll engine and collaborate with internal teams to deliver Everyday Excellence to clients.

Ideal candidates have commerce/accounts background, up to 2 years experience, basic Excel skills, and a strong willingness to learn payroll software within a global HCM leader.

Your role:

In this role, it's all about enabling our customers to be more effective employers. Our service teams make it happen by collaborating with our clients and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide “Everyday Excellence” and improve our client’s experience.

• Strong aptitude to learn the payroll software application.

Bonus Points If You Have These

• Basic knowledge in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, LWF and Taxation.
• Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
