Job summary

ADP is hiring an Analyst - Service Delivery in Chennai. The role focuses on enabling clients to be more effective employers by collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure Everyday Excellence and improved client experience.

You will receive input from clients, prepare payroll files, and process pay sheets using the ADP payroll engine. A background in payroll and strong Excel skills help you excel in this position.

Your role: In this role, it's all about enabling our customers to be more effective employers. Our service teams make it happen by collaborating with our clients and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide “Everyday Excellence” and improve our client’s experience.

What You’ll Do

• Receive input from clients
• Preparation of import files and upload ti into the payroll engine
• Process and prepare pay sheets which are to be presented to the checker for validation.
• All processing to be done using ADP payroll engine.
• Adhere to ADP’s quality standards, policies & procedures.

Experience

• At least 0 – 2 years of overall experience.
• Knowledge on payroll is an added advantage.
• Ability to showcase working knowledge on basic Excel is expected.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong aptitude to learn the payroll software application.

Bonus Points If You Have These

• Basic knowledge in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, LWF and Taxation.
• Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
