Job summary

ADP is seeking a client-facing associate to ensure payroll and service for allocated clients run smoothly. You will act as a payroll specialist, handle queries, and respond to emails and invites with care.

You will build relationships with clients, develop product knowledge to support needs, and drive client-focused solutions while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Experience handling client inquiries in payroll context is a plus.
• Experience in a global organization with client interactions is essential.

This is a client facing associate role to ensure payroll and overall service for allocated clients go smoothly 1) Serve as a Payroll specialist and answer emails and meeting invites to handle routine client requests/queries with utmost care. 2) Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions 3) Builds strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, 4) Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs 5) Looks for solutions which will allow our customers to focus on their core business 6) Drive positive defining moments with client Any graduates with very good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with different clients. Good problem solving skill and ability to think through in different situations.
