Job summary

Blue Star in Mumbai is seeking a contract administration professional to manage AMC data validation, contract proposals, invoicing, and payment follow-up across customer segments.

The role requires Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech and 3–8 years of relevant experience, with preference for AMC contract exposure. Based in BSH-Sakinaka, it involves stakeholding with AH/RH and tender participation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech required.
• 3 to 8 years experience in related function.
• Experience with AMC contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion, Submission of proposal to customers
• Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment.
• Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation.
• Submission of Invoice as per TOP. Payment follow-up and collecting payments
• Making PR visits and calls on regular basis
• Identifying and sending proposal to PEP customers by understanding the their needs
• Attending tenders for new AMC
