Job summary

House of Hiranandani is seeking a on-site PHE/FPS supervision professional to study layout plans and coordinate drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems for residential and commercial buildings.

You will liaise with interdepartmental staff, consultants, and contractors to review plans, certify measurement sheets, and monitor installations and tests across projects, ensuring compliance and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Study / review layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems, Fire protection systems for all residential and commercial buildings.
• Coordination with Interdepartmental staff, consultants and contractors for all PHE / FPS associated work.
• Coordinate the activities between various contractors and subcontractors Reviewand certify PHE / FPS measurement sheets or bills of the contractors.
• Monitor installation and perform tests on various water and sewage lines for all residential and commercial buildings.
• Perform regular inspection of all materials and works for all PHE / FPS activities.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports in case of deviations from specifications orindustry best practices. (Technical audits on site for quality monitoring)
• Coordination with the in-house MEP department on project Electrical or Mechanical issues
• Monitoring of the plumbing works on site whether for bldg. or for external works (Incl. water supply and drainage) and firefighting works.
• Reporting of any maintenance problem to department HOD (related to plumbing / f.f. Materials and workmanship.)
• Working out quantities of plumbing or firefighting systems for working out costing of plumbing and firefighting budgets based on available drawings.
• Planning & Monitor the day to day work of Firefighting and plumbing contractors/sub-contractor on site.
