Job summary

Shavish Group seeks a Manager PHE (Design) to plan, design, and review plumbing, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems for construction projects. The role ensures compliance with statutory codes and sustainability standards, integrating PHE systems into overall project designs.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil/Mechanical background, extensive PHE design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP to deliver compliant, efficient facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma.
• 1518 years of experience in PHE design.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
• Experience in design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, IS standards, NBC, and local regulations.
• Incorporate sustainability and efficiency measures (water conservation, recycling, rainwater harvesting).
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to integrate PHE systems into overall building design
