Job summary

Negolice India is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage day-to-day procurement activities for construction sites, ensuring timely material supply, cost control, and compliance with budgets.

The role involves vendor development, issuing and finalizing PO/WO, bid analysis, and maintaining vendor relationships to support uninterrupted site operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities for construction sites.
• Prepare commercial comparisons, circulate work orders.
• Prepare and issue orders and vendors for PO/WO acceptance.
• Vendor management, new vendor development, negotiation, finalization of PO/agreements for bulk procurement.
• Maintain records of vendors, conduct bid analyses, review procurement schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure timely procurement of all materials and services for construction with budget & quality controls.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes, deliveries, and compliance.
• Maintain and develop long-term vendor relationships to optimize procurement.

Role & responsibilities :

• To manage day to day procurement activities for Construction site
• Preparing commercial comparisons, preparing and circulating work orders
• Preparation and issuance of Orders and vendors for acceptance of Purchase Order/Work Order
• Addressing Indents & closing them. Vendor Management, New Vendor Development, Negotiation, Finalization of PO/ Agreement/ contract for bulk procurement and supply of construction/facilities and finishing items.
• Keeping records of vendors, Bid analysis, processing and review of procurement schedule to meet the deadline. Working FAR vision / ERP
• Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products and services required for the construction and ensure no line stoppages within tight budget and with no quality compromise
• Coordinating externally with Vendors etc. for Quotes, details, delivery of material or compliances etc
• Maintaining relationships with existing vendors, creating new vendors and ensuring long term procurement processes
• Should be well verse with Vendor Management, New Vendor Development, Negotiation, Finalization of PO/ Agreement/ contract.
• Preparing commercial comparisons, preparing and circulating work orders and inter-Office memos
• Following up with various team members for preparation and issuance of Orders and vendors for acceptance of Purchase Order/Work Order.
• Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products and services required for the construction and ensure no line stoppages within tight budget and with no quality compromise
• Preparing Monthly / Weekly / Daily Reports or Power Point presentations
