Job summary

Mahindra And Mah Mah Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee machine shop maintenance, focusing on heavy and light shop activities, heat treatment, and TPM compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 4–8 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles in manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC machines and heat treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• To take care of complete mechanical maintenance of machine shop including heavy machine shop, light machine shop and heat treatment.
• Leading a team for troubleshooting and smooth running of equipments and their annual performance.
• Adhere to all type of safety norms stipulated by statutory agencies.
• Ensure effective implementation of TPM practices in the plant. Maintaining 100% adherence of preventive maintenance schedule and increase the availability of machines enabling meeting plant efficiency, quality and cost targets.
• Taking care of spare parts planning for all equipments.
• Developing the full proof system (poka-yoke). To take care of Schedule maintenance.
• Responsible for leading a team for trouble-shooting and smooth running of equipment and their annual performance.
• Awareness and developing of new technology with innovative idea and Patents Filing Coordinator. Monitoring of section wise power consumption, variable cost etc
