Job summary

Anand Road Lines in Delhi is seeking a proactive logistics liaison to manage truck placement from the open market and develop a strong vendor base for single and multi-axle trucks.

The role requires handling client escalations, maintaining excellent client relations, and knowledge of insurance/ damage cases. FMCG client experience is advantageous, with a dynamic work culture expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in truck/vendor management and pricing is required.
• Strong email writing and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage client escalations and maintain relations.
• FMCG client experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of accident/shortage/damage/insurance handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with open-market vendors for single and multi-axle trucks.
• Manage client escalations and maintain excellent client relations.
• Be proactive in addressing route pricing and market rates.
• Maintain an extensive vendor base and ensure service levels.
• Document and report incidents related to loss, damage or insurance.

• Extensive vendor base for single axle & multi axle trucks
• Well versed with price of the currently managed routes
• Client escalation management
• Maintaining excellent client relations
• Must have managed accidental/ shortage/ damage/ insurance/ wet damage cases
• Proactive in approach
• Good email writing skills
• Experience with FMCG clients would be an added advantage
