Responsibilities

• Plan for maximization of dispatch as per defined targets.
• Coordinate with RO/AO/HO for adequate funds and orders.
• Monitor ageing stock and liquidate with RO/SLP teams.
• Handle Bank Guarantees and related paperwork.
• Resolve queries from ROs and ZOs regarding dispatches.
• Develop systems and processes to minimize manual interventions.

Job description

• Plan formaximization of dispatch as per defined targets
• Co-ordination with RO/AO/HO for adequate funds & orders
• Monitoring of ageing stock and liquidating with the help of RO/SLP teams
• Handling of Bank Guarantees
• Query Resolution of ROs and ZOs for dispatches.
• Development of systems and Processes and minimize manual interventions
