Role & Responsibilities

• Own the property. Take complete responsibility for its day-to-day performance, guest experience, and standards.
• Set a high bar. Maintain uncompromising standards for cleanliness, presentation, service, and operational execution.
• Protect the guest relationship. Turn good stays into repeat customers through consistent service and thoughtful communication.
• Solve problems, dont pass them on. Identify issues early, take action, and follow through until they are resolved.
• Run customer support with discipline. Respond quickly, communicate clearly, and handle difficult situations without losing composure.
• Own OTA performance. Manage listings, availability, guest communication, reviews, and overall presentation across OTA platforms.
• Build a culture of accountability. Ensure that commitments are followed through and that small problems never become recurring problems.
• Improve the system. Look beyond today's problem and continuously find ways to make the property operate better tomorrow.
