Job summary

Uniglobe Focus Travel and Tours is seeking a Senior Air Ticketing Counsellor to manage end-to-end corporate travel ticketing. You will handle domestic and international ticketing with Amadeus GDS, ensuring timely issuance and high service standards for corporate clients.

The role requires 3–5 years in corporate ticketing, strong communication, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Office-based in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Ticketing.
• Strong experience in both Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
• Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft tools experience is mandatory.
• IATA-certified travel professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day domestic and international ticketing for corporate clients.
• Handle end-to-end ticketing processes including booking, issuance, reissues, cancellations, refunds and schedule changes.
• Manage Amadeus GDS queues and ensure timely ticket issuance and service delivery.
• Coordinate airline operations and handle corporate travel requirements and fare queries.
• Coordinate VIP and high-profile client movements when required.
• Handle complex itinerary changes and urgent travel requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and timely communication with clients and airline partners.
• Ensure high service standards and operational accuracy for corporate accounts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in domestic and international ticketing, excellent Amadeus GDS knowledge, and the ability to handle corporate clients and complex travel requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day domestic and international ticketing for corporate clients.
• Handle complete end-to-end ticketing processes, including booking, issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds and schedule changes.
• Manage Amadeus GDS queues and ensure timely ticket issuance and service delivery.
• Handle airline coordination, fare-related queries and corporate travel requirements.
• Coordinate VVIP and high-profile client movements whenever required.
• Handle complex itinerary changes and urgent travel requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with clients and airline partners.
• Ensure high service standards and operational accuracy for corporate accounts.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Ticketing.
• Strong experience in both Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
• Amadeus experience is mandatory, including reservations, ticketing and queue management.
• Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft tools experience is mandatory.
• IATA-certified travel professionals will be strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, reissues, cancellations and refunds.
• Experience handling corporate clients and time-sensitive travel requirements.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
