Profile HR Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer to spearhead planning and control of multiple ongoing commercial real estate projects. The role focuses on PMO leadership, planning, and ensuring adherence to standards for Grade-A properties.

You will establish project baselines in Microsoft Project and Primavera, manage the full lifecycle from mobilization to statutory compliance, and lead a project team delivering premium workspace across India.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree with MBA in PMO/Planning.
• Experience leading PMO and planning for Grade-A commercial projects.
• Proven track record in refurbishments/fit-outs and interior spaces.

Responsibilities

CLIENT : Leading Commercial Real Estate & Leasing developer of Grade-A premium commercial properties serving a Elite Business clientele across metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore.Looking for a Civil Engineer in the capacity of Spearheading Planning & Control of ongoing multiple projects.

Key Drivers:

• Lead and deliver the PMO function for Grade-A Commercial and interior fit-out projects for premium workspace and Fortune 500 tenants, ensuring 100% adherence to international acoustic, MEP, and aesthetic standards.
• Establish & implement Planning & Project management process across the running projects for better monitoring & control in terms of time, cost & quality.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle including mobilization of contractors and project specific statutory compliance requirements.
• Develop project baselines in Microsoft Project & Primavera
• Civil Engineer + MBA in PMO/Planning role,specializing in refurbished,retrofit, brownfield , projects including fit-outs and rich interiors.
• Proven track record of delivering premium office large-scale ofiice leasing projects of global standards Pan India.
• Team handling potential with execution of projects (more than 1 lac sq. ft) within stipulated SLA.
