Job summary

R2R Consultants LLP is seeking a senior project manager with 12-15 years of civil construction experience to lead high-rise residential projects. You will develop and monitor schedules using Primavera/MS Project, manage budgets and cash flow, and review BOQs, drawings, and contractor invoices to ensure specification adherence.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil required; MBA in Construction/PM is a bonus.
• 12–15 years of project management experience in civil construction.
• Experience with high-rise residential real estate projects preferred.
