Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions seeks a senior project delivery professional to lead end-to-end residential real estate construction in Delhi/NCR. You will mobilize projects, manage civil, structural, MEP, finishing, landscaping, and infrastructure works to ensure on-time handovers.

You will align design, specifications, execution, and quality benchmarks, develop detailed schedules, coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams, and manage budgets, variations, and QA/QC

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Postgraduate qualification in Construction/Project Management preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years experience in residential real estate construction.

Responsibilities

• Own complete execution of residential projects from mobilization to handover.
• Manage civil, structural, MEP, finishing, landscaping and infra works.
• Ensure alignment between design, execution and quality benchmarks; plan and execute.
• Develop detailed construction schedules and phase-wise plans.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants and internal teams.

• Own complete execution of residential projects from mobilization to handover.
• Manage civil, structural, MEP, finishing, landscaping, and infrastructure works.
• Ensure alignment between design, specifications, execution, and quality benchmarks. Lanning, Scheduling & Execution Control
• Develop and drive detailed construction schedules and phase-wise execution plans.
• Ensure coordination between contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Identify execution risks and bottlenecks early and drive corrective actions. st, Budget & Commercial Control

• Monitor BOQs, variations, remeasurement, and contractor certifications.

• Drive high-quality construction and finishing standards across residential units and common areas.
• Implement robust QNQC processes and snag management systems.
