Job summary

Raheja Universal (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an experienced AGM – MEP to lead MEP operations for real estate and construction projects in Navi Mumbai. You will plan, coordinate designs, supervise execution, and ensure quality, safety, and timely handover of all building services.

The ideal candidate has 18–25 years of experience in MEP design coordination and project management, with strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing expertise. AutoCAD and project planning tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18–25 years of relevant MEP experience.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, high-rise projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera/P6 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP activities across planning, design coordination, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, ventilation, and building services.
• Review and coordinate MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil and structural teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
• Monitor site execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.
• Develop MEP execution strategies, budgets, resource plans, and project timelines.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, monitor performance, verify progress, and ensure timely completion of works.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and progress reviews to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure proper coordination of MEP services with civil, structural, faade, and interior finishing works.
• Monitor project costs, material procurement, equipment selection, and resource utilization.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of all MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire safety norms, electrical regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, review project risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Lead and mentor MEP engineers, managers, and site teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 18 –25 years of relevant experience in MEP design coordination, execution, and project management.
• Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and building services.
• Experience in MEP budgeting, tendering, vendor management, contractor management, and cost control.
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, technical specifications, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in large-scale real estate and high-rise building projects will be preferred.
• Should have the ability to independently manage MEP operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong focus on project timelines, quality, safety, cost optimization, and statutory compliance.
