Job summary

Inventaa Industries seeks an experienced Civil Project Planner to lead scheduling, resource planning, and cost control for large-scale civil projects in Hyderabad.

You will develop baselines, monitor progress, coordinate with site teams and consultants, and drive risk mitigation while mentoring the planning team. NICMAR graduates are preferred and experience in civil project execution is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil project planning & execution.
• Strong ability to develop baseline plans, WBS, and resource planning.
• Proven track record in monitoring progress and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Develop baseline plans, WBS, and resource planning.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants and management.
• Identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Manage budgeting, cost control and forecasting.
• Handle project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage contract documentation, BOQ, and claims (EOT).
• Lead and mentor the planning team.
