Job summary

Bptp in Haryana (Gurugram) invites an experienced Civil/Structural Project Manager to lead planning and execution of high-rise civil and structural works in line with approved drawings and schedules.

You will coordinate with MEP, finishing, façade and design teams, ensure safety and quality, and manage contractors and site teams to achieve on-time delivery and handover readiness. A proven track record in budgeting, procurement and stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project execution in real estate, infrastructure, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, procurement, and safety protocols.
• Proven experience in schedule adherence, cost control, and quality management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute RCC, structural and civil works for tower construction in line with drawings and schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to construction sequencing.
• Ensure civil and structural works comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Implement quality checks, inspections and testing of materials, workmanship and structural elements.
• Coordinate with MEP, finishing, façade and design teams to resolve interface issues and ensure readiness for subsequent trades.
• Manage civil and structural contractors and site teams for productivity and safety; address delays or execution challenges.
• Support documentation, inspections, snag closure and readiness for handover milestones.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Planning & Execution of Civil and Structural Works

• Plan and execute RCC, structural and associated civil works for tower construction in line with approved drawings and project schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to construction sequencing.

2. Quality Control & Structural Compliance

• Ensure all civil and structural works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Implement quality checks, inspections and testing of materials, workmanship and structural elements.

3. Contractor & Workforce Management

• Manage civil and structural contractors, subcontractors and site teams for productivity and quality output.
• Monitor contractor performance and address delays, deviations or execution challenges.

4. Coordination & Interface Management

• Coordinate with MEP, finishing, faade and design teams to resolve interface issues and avoid rework.
• Ensure structural readiness for subsequent trades and finishing activities.

5. Safety, Documentation & Handover Support

• Ensure adherence to site safety norms and implement safe construction practices for high-rise works.
• Support documentation, inspections, snag closure and readiness for handover milestones.

Preferred candidate profile
