Technical Site Engineer

• Project execution and delivery (Structural and finishing), adherence to construction quality, material management as per set standards, site management as per set standards, adherence to set budget (actual spending vs budgeted spending).
• Conduct timely reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, exhibit accountability in achieving high personal performance standards; sets daily priorities for self.
• Appropriately balances quality of work with ability to meet deadlines, develops and maintains relationships with team members and peers to increase productivity.
• Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationship.

Desired Experience: Less than 8 years; Must be B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience in Aluform Shuttering/Mivan-based projects. Experience in high-rise buildings.
