Job summary

Siddha Group Jaipur seeks a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee site execution in Amravati. You will manage structural and finishing work, ensure quality standards, control material use, and keep the project on budget while coordinating with the construction team.

You will plan and monitor all phases from initiation to closeout, review progress with the team, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and build productive working relationships to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Project management and coordination experience in construction preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Project execution and delivery (structural and finishing) and ensure quality standards.
• Material management as per standards and site management.
• Adherence to budget with actual vs budgeted spending.
• Conduct timely reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and set daily priorities.
• Balance quality with deadlines and maintain productive team relationships.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders.
