Responsibilities

• Plan and execute plant expansion projects, including buildings, industrial sheds, equipment foundations, roads and drainage.
• Lead preventive and breakdown civil maintenance, structural repairs and infrastructure upkeep.
• Manage BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, tendering, contractor performance and bill certification.
• Ensure project timelines, construction quality, safety and applicable statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with production, engineering teams and consultants to minimise disruption to plant operations.
