Job summary

Techgen Cyber Solution Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata is seeking an experienced AGM Civil to lead civil infrastructure projects from planning through execution.

You will supervise site activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while keeping to schedule and budget. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior or project management roles on large-scale construction, strong delivery focus, and the ability to manage diverse teams to achieve timely completion

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in senior/project management responsibility preferred.
• Experience handling large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in site execution, project planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage civil infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Oversee site execution and site management to ensure progress.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Ensure quality control, cost control, safety, and timely completion of projects.
