Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in core training or sales within BFSI, strong communication, and deep knowledge of the life insurance lifecycle, distribution channels, and agency operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard agents through structured training programs.
• Educate teams on term plans, ULIPs, riders, and underwriting guidelines.
• Coach agents on prospecting, objections, and field productivity.
• Ensure compliance with AML and ethical selling rules.
• Track performance via post-training certifications and activation metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Onboarding & Induction: Run structured training programs for new agents covering company culture, core life insurance concepts, and sales pitches.
• Product & Process Training: Educate teams on term plans, ULIPs, endowments, riders, and underwriting guidelines.
• Sales Coaching: Train agents on prospecting, objection handling, closing techniques, and field productivity
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure 100% adherence to regulatory frameworks, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and ethical selling rules.
• Performance Tracking: Measure training effectiveness through post-training certifications, agent activation rates, and persistency metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of core training or sales experience within the life insurance or BFSI sector.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of the life insurance lifecycle, distribution channels, and agency operations.
• Communication: Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
