Job summary

PB Partners in India is seeking a results-driven sales professional to recruit, onboard and develop insurance advisors/agents for the agency channel. You will build strong relationships with agents, drive monthly sales targets, train and motivate the field force, identify new business opportunities, and ensure diligent follow-up with customers and agents.

This role emphasizes strong reporting and performance management.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in sales, insurance, BFSI, agency channel, or relationship management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable working in FOS process.
