Skillventory in India is seeking a dynamic Insurance Advisor Recruiter to build a strong agent network in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. You will recruit, train, and mentor advisors, driving life insurance sales through field activities and joint calls to secure targets.

You will monitor performance, ensure licensing and regulatory compliance, and report progress daily. The role emphasizes relationship-building with advisors and customers, plus regular field visits and performance reviews to sustain

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and onboarding insurance advisors.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach sales teams.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for insurance sales.

Responsibilities
