Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a field sales leader to recruit and mentor a team of life insurance agents across the region. You will conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and coordinate with Training to schedule product and skills training.

You will accompany agents on client visits to strengthen sales capability and build long-term relationships. The role requires 2–4 years in Life Insurance/BFSI, strong English and local language skills, and a preference for candidates with

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-4 years of work experience from Life Insurance or BFSI recommended.
• Excellent English and regional language communication skills.
• Age 25-30 years.
• Preferably owns conveyance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified agents and expand the sales force.
• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and share company information.
• Set weekly production targets for the team of agents.
• Identify training needs and arrange product and skills training with the Training Department.
• Accompany agents on customer visits to improve sales skills and confidence.
• Develop agents in line with career development and training plans.
• Motivate agents through support, recognition and team-building activities.
• Review agent performance against targets and identify training gaps.
• Ensure agents comply with company standards, regulations and licensing requirements.
• Make decisions based on agent performance and business needs.
• Handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Host customer events to build and sustain relationships.

Role & responsibilities

• Recruit qualified agents
• Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information , address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals
• Set weekly production target for team of agents
• Identify agents development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical , product and skills training
• Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
• Develop agents in line with career development / training requirements of the Company
• Responsible for the activisation of the agents
• Motivate by providing support , recognizing good performers and arranging appropriate team-building activities
• Review agent performance against target and identify training needs
• Ensure agents work in accordance with Company standards, the regulation and ethics and maintain licensed status
• Make necessary decisions based on agent performance
• Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner

Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationship

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
• Work Experience: Prefer 2-4 years of work experience from Life Insurance field. If 1 year in LI field, then balance 2-3 years can be from BFSI vertical.
• Good communication skills English & regional language (mandatory)
• Age group: 25-30 years
• Preferably has own conveyance
