Job summary

HDFC ERGO is seeking to strengthen its agency-driven SME OTC - GMC and GPA business along with Retail distribution in Mumbai. The role focuses on driving agency recruitment, productivity, activation, and engagement to meet defined revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include monitoring agency performance, implementing uniform practices across locations, and driving renewals while shaping strategic inputs by geography. This is a field-facing role with direct impact on top and bottom line.

Responsibilities

• To drive the SME OTC - GMC and GPA Business (80%) and Retail Business (20%).
• To monitor and drive Agency business of locations through:
• Agency Recruitment
• Agent Productivity
• Agent Activation
• Agent Engagement Matrix
• To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across assigned Location.
• Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
• Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
• Driving renewals as per target
