Job summary

HDFC ERGO is seeking an Agency Sales professional to lead health insurance agency business in Chandrapur and surrounding regions. You will monitor recruitment, activation and productivity of agents, and strengthen engagement across the agency channel.

You will drive the agency matrix and uniform practices, help achieve top-line and bottom-line targets, and provide strategic inputs from a geographical perspective while reviewing plans and driving renewals.
