The Agency Manager is responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales and growth objectives for Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance in the Manipur region. This full-time, on-site role involves recruiting and onboarding new agents, setting performance targets, and providing regular training and coaching on products, processes, and sales techniques. The Agency Manager will plan and drive business development activities, monitor sales performance, and ensure high standards of customer service and policyholder support. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field visits, supporting advisors in client meetings, tracking market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
