Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an Agency Sales Manager to recruit, train, and guide a network of health insurance agents. You will drive insurance sales through the agency channel, build strong client relationships, and ensure policy issuance and renewals while meeting targets.

The role emphasizes field presence, team leadership, and adherence to IRDAI guidelines, with a focus on developing a productive advisor network and delivering consistent business growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in insurance/BFSI sales preferred.
• Experience in agency/field sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with good team-handling ability.
• Willingness to work in field and develop an advisor network.
