The ideal candidate will recruit and train agents, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing to craft campaigns that support agency sales, while leveraging CRM tools to manage leads and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency channel management and field sales, ideally in life insurance.
• Strong understanding of agent recruitment and development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationships with agents and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
