Veerwal Getwork Services in Kolkata is seeking a field collection supervisor to lead the on-ground collection efforts for overdue accounts in West Bengal. You will plan visits, guide the team, and work to meet monthly targets while ensuring compliance with policies and legal guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years in collections, strong communication, and familiarity with Excel/Sheets. You will coordinate daily with field staff and report progress to management from Kolkata-based locations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in collections or debt recovery.
• Experience in collections / debt recovery / loan recovery.
• Experience managing a field collection team.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Good knowledge of the local geography.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
